With Gosho everything is possible...He likes pairings,even the most unimportant characters have a lover(Chiba).
Haibara doesn't need a man to be important contrary to other female character,but seing her in couple with someone could be interesting,it might bring something new in her character development.

I am a ShihoxOkiya fan,even if he's Akai I don't mind I still like them together...I think their interactions could be interesting,they know each other,and he's less introverted when he's in deguise...But as I said I don't mind if Shiho end up alone,as long as she doesn't stay as Haibara.

Concerning Sera and Ai,I would like them to be friend,I mean they are very different,they complete each other,this could be like a more mature version of Ai and Ayumi friendship.I'm pretty sure Sera will discover Conan and Ai secret,so that would be nice for Ai to have a female friend who has the same age as her(Conan has Heiji so...).

I'm also a GinxSherry fan but that will never happen since Gin only wants to kill her now XDXDXD...But I really want to know what kind of relationship they had.

Every single time Akemi has ever, ever been brought up only reinforced that she and Ai aren't anything alike. And Okiya bringing her up only serves to make Ai think that Okiya is BO (he even had an evil grin for no reason). Okiya in that scene just seems to get-off on Haibara feeling uncomfortable.
