Spoiler:
If Amuro is Borboun and Scar Akai, I think after this chapter, Bourbon has two options to deal with Sera and to use her to find Akai.
Bourbon obviously knows that Sera and Akai are related. Why else should he disguise and show up in front of Sera? He might know, that Sera is Akai's sister.
Moreover he can conclude through Sera's reaction, that Sera might be in search of her brother, too. Maybe he thinks now even more that Akai is alive. Bourbon also might wonder, how Sera discovered that there is a connection between Detective Kogoro and Akai. It would be to much of coincidence, that Akai's sister just happens to hang out with Ran.
His suspicion of Kogoro being related to Akai is confirmed.
First Bourbon could just kidnap Sera and hope, that Akai shows up to help. But I thinks this reaction is very unlikely. It would be very dangerous for him. Bourbon would likely not have the help of the B.O and might even not be allowed to do this. I don't think he wants to risk to lose to Akai and Kogoro (Conan). Furthermore this would reveal to fast to much to the reader, therefore Gosho wouldn't do this.
The second possibility how Bourbon might react is to get closer to Sera. He will hope to find out what Sera knows. He might even charm her and they might become a couple. (I just wonder, if Amuro is too old for Sera...)
We don't know how much Sera knows about the B.O. and if she knows what Akai's work was really about.
She is a good detective and she might know many things. If not, she really is in a dangerous situation. She would have no chance to know how dangerous Bourbon is and would assume that Amuro is a nice guy. Therefore he would have a walk-over to trick Sera.
Besides, Sera will fell easily for Amuro. He is good-looking, a detective and smart. I think Sera likes guys similar to her brother (Akai), because it's not uncommon for younger sisters to feel that way... Well, Amuro is different than Akai, but he shows that he can be as serious, brave and smart as Akai.
Sera might also trust Bourbon (withour being a couple) and hope, that he will help her since he is a detective.
I think the in the following files Sera will meet Amuro, but nothing will be revealed.
Amuro will not be revealed for a long time, probably longer than Vermouth was disguised as Dr. Araide. Amuro is really cool and good-looking character. Gosho will not design such a character just for fun. He wants the reader to like Amuro, so that the reader will be even more shocked, when Amuro is revealed to be Bourbon.
Does anyone else think, that Conan is much less suspicious of persons around him than he was before? I think he was much more suspicious of Eisuke, James, Akai and Jodie than he is about Sera and Amuro, although both, especially Sera, act fishy.
