Shinichi is lucky that the serial killer escaped the black organization before the poison was being tested on him. Gin would know that that poison ca't kill and will use another way of disposing of Shinichi.

But it's unknown if it always makes people younger, so that might not be true.
I don't know if it has already been stated but when conan found out about habaira she told him that he was the only one who wasn't confirmed dead. so this would mean that other people where poisoned and confirmed dead.

I assumed "confirmed dead" meant that The BO knew for a fact the victims were a cooling body somewhere. All the victims on that list (besides Shinichi) have "dead" (æ»ã

Very basically: Ai lies all the time, Shinichi is a guinea pig and BO knows everything about him being Conan.
