No, but what's the point of reference, here? If the current case doesn't involve him, and Gosho isn't talking about Movie 20, then why would Gosho mention him?

It says Rei/Tooru is also "out there." Who else is "out there?"

Hmm... maybe...

That’s not correct. I’m not sure what the intended meaning is either, though… I think it’s maybe something like “Will you keep following me this year too?”.

"(Diamond) - I hope you will treat me well this year too"

^Yeah, that’s kind of what it is. He’s wondering about whether or not fans will keep buying his manga. It’s different from the usual “please buy my manga” and is more of a “I wonder if you can keep supporting me this year too?”. It’s a more indirect request.

Gundam wiki says it should be "Sieg Zeon", its a Nazi-like chant used to praise victory for Zeon in the Gundam series.
(the katakana I think are meant to mimic the German pronunciation of "seig")

Apparently Ikeda (Shuuichi's voice actor) said this chant.

Here are some comments from twitter people

From a twitter user

♤:"Let's Talk" DAY was fun~(^^
♧:This time, Hideyoshi's vassals' names are used lol
♢:Chukichi, this might be bad...(ー_-;)
♡:Rather than Cha-cha, Yumi-san is...

(Cha-cha is the childhood name of Yodo-dono/Yodo-gimi, one of the wives of Hideyoshi)

This translation is wrong. Every phrase is a part of the same story, it’s about the New Year’s party Gōshō and company had:
Pic 1: At Conan’s New Year’s party…
Pic 2: …for the thing you say when taking a group photo…
Pic 3: …Ikeda-san said “Sieg Zeon”…
Pic 4: …he was but a drunk old man… lol

I tried making a literal translation so that each pic has its corresponding translation, but for a proper translation I’d probably re-arrange the phrases a little to make better sense in English. The word “group” of “group photo” is actually part of the first picture, at first I simply omitted it but then I added it to the second pic’s translation because I didn’t feel like re-translating the whole thing.

I get the feeling the order/translation here is slightly off too but it’s hard to contextualize those phrases when I haven’t even read the manga in so long. Who’s Hideyoshi (other than an important figure in Japanese history)?

Hideyoshi is literally just a famous person from history. However a character whose name is Haneda Shuukichi was introduced back in 2013 as the ex-boyfriend of traffic officer Miyamoto Yumi. In a case in mid 2014 Yumi was kidnapped and Shuukichi had to solve a lot of Shogi related riddles. It was determined at that point that Shuukichi's given name kanji match Hideyoshi's given name kanji (秀吉). In addition his nickname is "Taikou Meijin", where as "Taikou" was the nickname of Hideyoshi, referring to Shogi. In the 2014 case Shuukichi gained the 7th and final Shogi title "Meijin". (In addition Gosho has claimed that the "Ha" part of Haneda came from the name "Habu" from a real life Shogi champion)

Supposedly back before his introduction into the series, Shuukichi gave Yumi an envelope and told her to hold on to it until he "collects all seven", but he didn't tell her what it meant. Turns out he was collecting the 7 shogi titles and now that he has them she was supposed to open the envelope. However Yumi had been using the envelope as a book mark in a magazine and had accidentally thrown it out.
Spoiler:
The apartment block manager, who is a fan of Shuukichi, found the envelope and expected Yumi to come find it. He reveals to her that it contained a marriage licence that listed Shuukichi's profession as the "7 Shogi title holder", so Yumi has to figure out the block manager's code to get the licence back from him presumably before Shuukichi (at a different location) finishes his match today because of the possibility that he might loose and therefore no longer be the "7 Shogi title holder" and that would make the licence invalid.

Since Shuukichi is a refrence to Hideyoshi, Gosho had the block manager joke that Yumi was "Cha Cha" a nickname of Hideyoshi's second wife. But I think the hint might say otherwise??
Since some of this is the current case, spoiler box
