What is that?

an action RPG from the mid-2000s (worst decade to name ever), I didn't get very far in it when I first played it though because the second dungeon is a pretty huge jump in difficulty from the first, but it's a fun game nonetheless. And it's only $15, so hey why not.

(also, it's the type of game where the Steam achievement "Consult a FAQ already: Died over 10 times to the same boss" is the #1 achievement people've gotten, with over 1/3 people getting it :V)

...and several other games I use to break up the game play for a small diversion - so I don't burn out on a particular game. These are games like Hoyle Card Games, Hoyle Board Games, Clue, etc...

As you can see I like RPG, Adventure and casual gaming, with slots and cards to break up the monotony.

Beat Ys: Oath in Felghana, was relatively short as RPGs go (14 hours), but that's to be expected because it's an action RPG, and those are a ton harder to make well.

The story was completely bland compared to other RPGs, but that's fine because of how awesome the game itself was. It also puts up a decent challenge (similar to Viewtiful Joe which was another awesome action game), and I like how it ditches the overused "epic orchestral score" soundtrack that RPGs use and instead fills the entire thing with crazy electric guitar that just makes you wanna run around and kill stuff because if you stop killing stuff you'll drop your combat/experience modifiers gogogo.

Started playing 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors. Played through it once, and looking at a spoiler-free FAQ it looks like I managed to choose the one route that you need to complete before getting the true ending, which was the path I was gonna choose the second time around anyway. Which I'm glad about, considering there's 6 possible routes, which would require redoing a stupid amount of room puzzles over again, while the route I did + the "true" route don't share any rooms in common. :V

Finally beat Kid Icarus, for the next month I'm probably just gonna play Xenoblade and online matches for Kid Icarus. I'll finally have time for these games.

I've only bought 3 games this year and they are all amazing, and Nintendo games that aren't more Mario platformers. Thank you.
