The bees don't actually have the paperwork really, but it's sort of embarrassing.

See, as described here, the law contains a grandfather clause that states that because Kleene has been delivering punchings to the country of Akonyland before the law's inception, she is allowed to continue delivering punchings without the need of paperwork. However, when I created this law, I carelessly didn't actually specify Kleene by name, and instead I made it apply to her by simply saying that the law did not apply to those who have held previous violent relations with my country. Well, not in those words, but similar ones (I don't want you learning how to exploit the law yourself!). So basically, the bees somehow heard of this law, and took me to court over the matter and now I'm forced to fight with them rather than just nullifying their attacks.

I am sorry that you did not attend the signing of the law, but the fact that you never heard about it until today and I never mentioned the law on the forum until yesterday doesn't mean it was created yesterday. Ignorance of the law does not permit you the ability to break it.

Well since you did not complain about my self defense Kick in June (giving you 13 days to do that ), you defacto allowed it and created another exemption. Your Ignorance about the kick and my proxy from Kleene give me the right to attack you.  But please show me where the date of your laws are. Remember I only reserve the kicking right  in Defense of me and others, and also when acting as a proxy for Kleene

So if she is allowed to attack you, then so am I when acting as her agent. Legally it is the same as if she were attacking you.

I am plenty aware of the idea of proxies. However, you seem to be confused, as you still think this has anything to do with the sovereign nation of Akonyland, which does not recognize the use of proxies. The idea of a legal proxy is not something that is somehow universally applicable.
