It's a shame this topic will be dying out soon in favor of the next one. 81 pages of discussion! Surely we've not had that for one series before.

If the next case is Detective Boys, i'm looking forward to seeing Haibara's reaction when she inevitably finds out about Rum. Maybe she'll have more information on them.

If he's more important than Gin she would most definitely have heard it.

Since Ai was important in the Org completing the drug, she would have most likely given Rum some.

I feel she has more info about the org that she hasn't let conan know about. Like why she's scared of vermouth.

Also maybe the reason Ai is afraid of Vermouth is cos she knows her secret too and vermouth doesn't like that.

I'm not expecting a run of the mill case - only because of 900. 900 will be something if precedent tells us anything, and it'd be harder to work in a case where 900 would be the part two. If this had happened at any other point, I'd be getting my spatula and charcoal ready for a good ol'-fashioned BBQ and camping trip.

My guess (or maybe just my hope) is that the little magic trick stuff from last file was filler just to allow Gosho to begin anew with 899 and go into 900, 901, 902, 903 with a real confrontation. It's actually pretty similar to the same function that the "Tomorrow is There" chapter served a while ago.

I really REALLY want Rum to be a ruthless cold-hearted killer even more so than Gin. Because right now with Bourbon turning out to be yet ANOTHER undercover cop... BO is losing its badassery and ruthlessness. I REALLY want Rum to be a possible threat to Conan and Co. ( I miss the day when BO was legitmet threat...)

Vodka is like hired muscle following around after Gin
Vermouth is just secretive but has a soft spot for conan and ran
Bourbon secret agent
Akai FBI
Kir CIA
Chanti and Korn just snipers

No one is really scary or a big shot anymore.

I want the next issue to be BiG. An explosive showdown.

I want to Gosho to show us why the BO is a threat. Why they had to be infiltrated by Secret agents.

What makes the BO so dangerous. Come on RUM, show us what u got.

At least from what Akai had said Rum seems to be a big threat... I just HOPE he/she is NOT another undercover cope. I mean isn't two enough? Common lets have actual Big threat to Conan and co.

Another thing... what do you think Vermouth's relationship with the Boss is? Bourbon seems to know it and Vermouth seems really keen on keeping it a secret. hmm... I am guessing his/her lover???

i think we should get atleast 5 good chapters of story development, addressing:

1.Rum - i believe he will be introduced soon. especially if we are to take BO seriously.

2.Rei - what his real mission is. along with Akai rivalry. Scotch and Vermont's secret.

3. Vermont's secret - what is it? how did Rei find out? i think she is a siblin to the boss. as in the boss' sister. if she is related in any way, why are the popular people in this part American or british. Ai, Akai, Rei, Sera, Vermont and Elena. I would prefer if the boss was fully Japanese in a Japanese manga. but Elena seems alright as British.

4.Elena - her relationship with Zero. and what Zero means. Also the silver bullet (i believe is different from the APTX).

And not to mention the Sera story. so a lot to cover , without the annoyance of filler random murder cases. so lets see what Gosho does.

Regarding Vermouth x Gin, she teases him a bit in 230, the manga goes a little further ("Feel like making a martini together?" "Martini?" "Don't you know? If you mix gin and vermouth...")

Might just be Vermouth being a troll, who knows.
