Explanation:

The policewoman in the bike is the big sister of the late Hagiwara of the bomb disposal squad.
While Hagiwara didn't appear in the manga, he was introduced in Episode 304 of the anime in the backstory of Matsuda.
Hagiwara himself is featured in the spin-off Wild Police Story, so to know more about him it's recommended that you check it out.
Hagiwara sister existence had been teased in Q&A section, so it was known that she'd eventually make it to Conan too.
She works at the Kanagawa Prefecture Police as part of the Mobile Riot Police.
Yokomizo Jugo also works there, for reference.

Yeah, but I'm more interested in the plot development that might come out of it, in such a tight schedule, Gosho probably won't waste the chance.

Regardless of that, I think it is time to share this one now.

Le French restaurant has arrived

Gosho throughout the series pictured the French and Italian restaurants as fancy, and they are the only non-asian themed restaurants we saw in the manga*.
Many characters mentioned these two.



Kogoro's favorite cafe or restaurant serves french cuisine**, why french? Because Gosho wanted consistency.
In chapter 413, exactly 28 chapters before the infamous Italian restaurant appeared, Kogoro was in this french restaurant.



Gosho surpassed it with the "passu" and "pasta" misheard in the next one. He was too afraid that someone would spot the anomaly.
The french restaurant just like the Italian Pasta one, didn't add anything new to the story, they just visited it at the start of the file and that's all.
The Kaito kid world is influenced by the french culture. Mainly because Kid was inspired from Arsène Lupin. So we can link the organisation from the Kaito Kid world with that restaurant.

It is safe to re-project this on the side of the DC story that we didn't know much about and we still don't, the BO.

I still have screenshots of some random french and italian restaurants/cafés/pâtisseries that I took 5 months ago during my first full reading of the DC manga but I didn't go that further to include them in the theories.

*: I need confirmation for that one, it won't influence the theory, but I just want to stay relieved.
**: If you know the chapter when Kogoro was in the french cafe ( a DB case iirc), do let me know.

Very interesting new case ... the company boss realized that he is in danger and that there are people waiting for him ,, so when he met Agasa and noticed that there are some similar features between them , the company boss deceived Agasa and made him disguise himself so the kidnappers believed that Agasa is the real boss .

The plan actually succeeded , as the kidnappers arrested the fake alternate boss who is Agasa, while the real boss is safe and out of sight .... Conan discovered that Agasa is in danger and went to his rescue .

Hurry up Conan !! Time is running out or as they say "time is money" .

Perhaps she was brought in because the case where Conan helped bring her brother's killer down was in the main story/series.

From what I can tell, 1,076 should be next week (SS #29 comes out this week, and the last page of 1,075 said DC would take a break until SS #30).

Correction—it is Zero's Tea Time that will be out next week. 1,076 spoilers should be out around July 16th (thanks to Annonymmos on DCW Forums for bringing this date to my attention).

I liked your theory,,, One of the episodes I love more because it contains important hints about Arc Rum was episodes 822 823 .... When I saw that picture in those episodes I remembered your theory so I hope it's true .

Anyways, this chapter involving Chihaya reminded me of Vermouth and her famous quote about being both angel and demon and resurrecting the dead. How she saved Conan seem like a white-winged angel saving the innocent while how she slammed the motorcycle into the face of the criminal with her threatening words appear like the black-winged demon punishing sinners... yet her actions seem to be motivated by the memory of her dead brother and her paying him back in action in-lieu of the precious memory is also in a way like "resurrecting the dead."

Would be more interesting when we get more reveal about Rumi and where she actually stands... black, white or grey?
