Spoiler:
It's since been confirmed it simply fell out of a hole in Rumi's back pocket, with her only noticing after Genta pointed the hole out.

Are you saying you will kill me despite that?" - especially when you consider that he's saying it with a smile, it does seem he means to ask Rumi (who may be either his student or teacher) if she is going to kill his SHOGI PIECE instead of actually the PERSON that is him. One might in fact see Rumi in a completely different light, if you take the context of the dialogues as over a shogi match. This way, she is someone close to Haneda Kouji.
Speculation: What if she is the mysterious uploader who uploads information about the case regularly? She traced the addresses of the people who accessed the information on the site before it was taken down in the hopes of finding someone who is BO or someone else who is investigating it as well. Conan himself complained that it kept being taken down, so he accessed it multiple times.
However, I myself find a major hole in this theory - If this theory is true, why would Rumi suspect Conan / Haibara instead of Agasa himself, because it is essentially his IP address that Conan looked up the information from.
Spoiler:
That kind of out of context misdirection would be right up Goshō's alley. And, on the other hand to what I said earlier, there's no need for Rumi to have actually wanted Kōji dead, back then—the readers' suspicion has already been created by taking Kōji's words out of context.
I once thought she may have been his lover or his sister, but perhaps she was a disciple of his.
We know that Rumi (likely) took on her name for a reason, and that she made a public spectacle of herself through the media for a reason. Her motivation is also tied to Teitan Elementary, and, more specifically, she has some reason to want to bring Shinichi/Conan into contact with mysteries that he can then solve. This would lead to the conclusion she seeks to use Shinichi's/Conan's ability to solve the Kōji case so she can take her revenge on Rum. But as for her being the uploader... I suppose it's possible. If she has access to the APTX list, her also having files on the Kōji case wouldn't be out of the question. And she was actually present at the scene, and also has a motive in seeing the case resolved. Other than her, the only one I can think of who'd be uploading this info would be someone like Asaka (presuming they aren't Rum or a loyal subordinate of Rum).
