he Is a new goast called "Goast Rum"; because his name is "Rum", and we had one killer called "Goast Rim", and because Rum and Rim are similar so I called rum as Goast Rum. Also he is like a ghost. So this ghost has a new thread. I think he will appear when I will die ;)

And also after all these waiting, he will be an ordinary character who is really stupid, and don't have a real impact in the story, and just an ordinary member in the entire BO, just giving him the second member after the boss doesn't mean that it will surprise me, and I will impress and interest

Spoilers from 1005:
Spoiler:
So considering that now we see that Rumi has scars over her arms and torso, pretty sure that puts to rest that theory about her being Vermouth. (We see Vermouth after shower in the first file of Mystery Train. She has no scars on her arms).

Yep, was waiting for that to be pointed out.
“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent. We would not dare to conceive the things which are really mere commonplaces of existence. If we could fly out of that window hand in hand, hover over this great city, gently remove the roofs, and and peep in at the queer things which are going on, the strange coincidences, the plannings, the cross-purposes, the wonderful chains of events, working through generations, and leading to the most outre results, it would make all fiction with its conventionalities and foreseen conclusions most stale and unprofitable.”

Though, I think it would be pointless for her to disguise as Rumi. I mean in the hangman case she didn't really try to keep her cover hidden. Even Ran found out that Azusa is an imposter even though she doesn't have the knowledge about people having such a skill (maybe except Kaito, but that's a different story). I think if Vermouth really wanted to observe Conan, she would do that in person. Additionally threatening Conan that if he will do something stupid, the life of the DBs and/or the rest of the kids will be in danger. And we know that Conan would agree to that conditions because he already once did when he didn't know that Bourbon is a spy.

I know there's nothing new with the APTX list, but I just realized the name just above Shinichi's contains a kanji of the surname Sera and a kanji of the name Tsutomu. This might be a coincidence, as both of those kanjis are included in A LOT of names. It also makes little sense cause that is a man's name, and big Mary can't be confused easily for a man. But it keeps bugging me >.<
Maybe it is Tsutomu's alias?

Regarding the recent developments till File 1004 & spoilers of File 1005:
Spoiler:
I try to understand the motivation and the circumstances of Mary, and the whole situation between Conan and the Akai Family. I see the point of some people complain about Sera, why doesn't she not confront Shinichi about the topics, what does he do in the background or what so ever, in order to "jump on the rabbit" (making some plot, progress). Probably she cannot do it for some reason. First they were in public places, and the Crimson case appearing in these 2-3 days wasn't the best oppurtinity (at most he could observe if he is really Shinichi...). But there is a second reason, I think: Mary warned her not to trust him. Since the Soul Detective case Sera just made Conan to remember their first contact at the beach in UK.
It was hinted, that Mary was a MI6 agent, and we speculated that Toutsomou was a CIA agent. If it was an accident, we don't know it (yet). But imagine that you are an active, and probably very skillful agent and something "bad" happen at an event like the case 17 years before the manga present, that you don't know really, what it was, and you're just supposed to be hiding for the rest of your life. Mary planned to go to US or Japan (see the Beach Case), because he hated to be in background and hidden, and it's perhaps not her style, at all. Then Shuichi overtook him, while he "studied" in US. In that case it could be a new meaning for the fight between Mary and Shuichi --> not only mislead her because of the reason in being in USA, bu also he ruined her plan. After the Beach case ended back then, he agreed.
Than the years passed, and came the news about the Shuichi's death which probably shocked Mary (and Sera, also). [I wanted to gather up some timeline here, but I'm in short of time.] So they remained just three of them (from their apparent aspect), and they should be hiding. What Mary wanted is ending it once and for all. And for this reason (and perhaps the only movable family member, like a chess peace) Mary is controlling Sera in order to complete her "mission", operation. Which is really dangerous, because she want the developer of antidote, in order to get her body back. At any cost! When I read it, I began to worry, how can for e.g. Conan handle this situation. And considering that Shuichi (in disguise of Okiya) is protecting Haibara, it can lead some misunderstanding. And plot progress, of course.

The question is if Mary can wait patiently or perhaps support, if she learn Shuichi is alive and it event had some purpose to happen (Akai's death). But it is really important for being resolved, because it could be crucial for the developments of RUM arc (Kuroda, Kanenori & Rumi)...

I tried not to overthink it, and not to pass the border of theory and overspeculation. What are your thought about this?

Remark: I hope that this post is in the right forum topic, because it could be in the "Fit the pieces together", also...

@Mary talking to Conan.
Spoiler:
Something really has seemingly really triggered her paranoia.

Remember, that Post Scarlet Showdown, Mary actually ordered Masumi to arrnage a private meeting with Conan. But Masumi accidently messed this up by telling of the Hotel pool, which lead to Rand and Sonoko coming with him.)

Anyway, the most likely development is currently, that Masumi will go after Professor Agasa, since he's the guy who invented all of Conan's gadgets and might have also created the antidote.
(While Mary and Sera know of Ai and that she probatly also been a APTX victim, there is afaik currently no evidence that they have "more detailed" info about her former identity.)

If you were to make the assumption that Rumi got it before Mystery train case, then sure.

So does this confirm Rumi = Rum? She has access to the APTX victim list which is kinda hard to get if you're not BO related.
As for the name above that list, it looks like Tsutomu. Akai's dad is my guess.

No i don't think that rumi = rum, my bet is that she's asaka, wakita is rum and kuroda is akai's papa

Mostly agreeing with this, but kinda doubting that Wakita is really Rum. The current development smells a bit like a red herring.

By the way, one of the reasonings for Kuroda is Daddy Akai is the Scar, Right?
(Since it could be a Gosho Troll Reference to Scar Akai.)
