Public Service Announcement + Questionnaire

It's 99% likely that the Sunday phase change (as in, the phase change beginning Day 3) will be late by a few hours, due to commitments I have.

There's two ways I can deal with this:
1) Extend the Night 3 phase until Monday's phase change, making a 48 hour Night 3. This sometimes gives people a bit too much of an advantage for scheming, but has the least chance to screw people over timezones.
2) Leave timing as-is: N3 will end at 7 Eastern and D3 will begin, however no phase change will be posted for a few hours. People will be able to send in preliminary D3 actions+votes after 7 Eastern (the time when phase change should have happened) before the phase change actually gets posted, in case the wait messes with their schedule too much.

Because #2 would be shortening a Day phase (which is generally less of a big deal than a night phase), I'm leaning towards shortening that phase by a few hours, over extending Night 3 to 48 hours. However, I'm open to #1, if a lot of people would rather have that.

Lemme know which ya'll'd prefer.

We could do this too, just have Night 3 action hand-ins cut off after Sunday night, and don't release any info/results until Monday, when the phase change + results would be posted. That seems pretty reasonable and eevn though it'd be extra scheming time, it wouldn't have a direct effect on that night's schemability.

So, that's another option, for people.
