Hopefully he is better than the new seiyuu for Kazuha. She is so intolerable in 710-715

Kazuha didn't get a new seiyuu. I think we said/decided she had a cold.

Kazuha's seiyuu's voice problems were from some sort of voice condition, not a cold...

DC normally uses old, established seiyuu for their recurring characters, and besides, the anime staff can't just kick a seiyuu off the show just because their voice has become more nasally. There's almost certainly a contract involved, and so long as neither party does anything to violate said contract, Kazuha's seiyuu is here to stay.

(Besides, Tomatsu Haruka would be a horrible casting choice for Kazuha. Not only is she not from the Kansai region and thus wouldn't speak with a natural Kansai dialect, but her voice also has too much of a soft, motherly tone to it for Kazuha's personality.)

ironically this made Kazuha the most sympathetic character in the show for me
