1. I don't care much about the band, I just really like that one song (perhaps helped by lowered expectations of popular music this year). And even then it doesn't work for me as much until the 2nd verse.
2. Neon Trees aren't that great. I'm not sure why but I've never heard a single Neon Trees song that I had any reason to care about. I have the exact same opinion of Fallout Boy for the record (or basically every Fueled By Ramen act that isn't fun. or 2006/7 Cobra Starship tbh), though unlike Fallout Boy I actually WANT to like Neon Trees but...meh.

Everybody Talks, 1983, and Animal are all great tunes. Put on their Habits album in full sometime (only like 8-9 tracks) and I think it'll sink in. They're one of the most interesting bands on the market right now, and the singer's voice is definitely pretty golden.
