Akai (SPOILERS)

Drawing mistake is when character foot (chopped of, and lying on the floor) is happened to be not Right, as should, but Left. And it's possible if this foot lying on one page, and show correctly on the different.
But as far as i'm concerned - when you drawing a page - you can't overlooked such obvious thing =) If it's only page =)
And since the same thing showned on the other pages...
It's bringing me to only conclusion - his head was moved. Probably because it wasn't Akai =) anymore.

Oh and i'm on "Akai is alive" side =) As i stated =)
But of course it's all just assumptions =)
We can speculate about it as much as we want, until we'll be proven Wright\Wrong - mark the one you like =)
There is not enough evidence to prove either of the theores...

"Was moved"... or "moved", when he turns out to be alive. He can move his head if he likes, assuming that the "movement" was not seen by the camera. If the head tilt was really seen by the cam, wouldn't Gin doubt it?

Okay... About Gin - the police made Gin and Kir turn away from the body =)

And there is an odd thing. As far as i'm concerned - in order to ID Akai - they took prints of the dead body found in the car. But the odd thing is - the body should've severly burned. Making ID very hard, that was a point to setting car on fire... Wasn't it?
Well yeah sure, Akai's hands were in pockets... But did he wore fireproof pants? =)

I think Akai is still alive. Knowing Kudo and Akai's intellegence, they probably predicted that the BO don't trust her and want to make her kill Akai since they hate him so much. However, there is a trick to this because... well he got shot in the head so I'm not sure how he managed to pull it off but he did. Also, the BO's orders to Rena was for her to tell Akai that the BO are begginning to edge her out and I'm sure Rena could change the wording to make it sound like he's the only person outside the organization she can trust or stuff like that to atleast make Akai suspicious.
