The virus "Night Baron" did NOT originate from the Black Organization.

It actually was programmed by Ebara Tokio who used it to victimized other people. Most likely after Ebara's death the Black Organization simply adopted (and likely modified) the virus for their own nefarious purposes.

But do you think it's strange? Why will Ebara search for the virus when he programmed it himself? (meaning he can make another one)... Correct me if I'm wrong but I think he's not the developer. What he did was hack (steal) a software and sold it, claiming it was his. So Akiko, the martial artist's girlfriend used the "night baron virus" (which she didn't really have) to lure him. So the creator is still unknown...

4.IF Okiya (man i can't remember his name at all) is Akai, then Conan aware of it. And he let him enter his house so they can communicate and together shot BO down. And towards this theory - Ai sensed a BO "Chi". And Akai has it - right? I agree Akai was trying to get into BO before, so he Had BO "Chi". Maybe that time when Ai sensed it Okiya was checking out - does he still have it or not? =)
5. IF this IS Bourbon - and it IS Akai. Then Conan didn't put everyone in danger. On the contrary, he ensured that his safe... Unless of course Gin will force that "Bourbon" to investigate that BRAT.

I was thinking the thing where Genta's father is wearing glasses in the recent manga and therefore squints all the time might be similar to why Okiya squints all the time. I figured that it has to be an obvious hint of some sort and I think if you saw him with his eyes actually open you'd be able to figure out who he was. But then again it may just be something to throw us off.

If we assume he didn't buy the Bourbon, then why would he drink it when it clearly doesn't belong to him?

Yusaku didn't have any purpose to camouflage, because he's alive and staying in Conan's house is... normal, unlike Akai who is presumed "dead".

He might if he really is in disguise, because if he has another "true" identity, then he should have properties in other places so the properties in the burnt apartment were not much of a loss, and he probably has money on the bank, not in a treasure safe in his apartment

wow for the first time i have the same thought as Rellik. I think that he can be another person too hunting for bourbon himself or the BO as a whole. The yusaku theory is not that impossible but i guess you have to consider where could yukiko be and who is she disguised as? I dont think she likes being left behind with those things so i think instead of yusaku doing that personally it might be someone he sent... just theories.

I am sayin he might be some1 who lives in the house, if u consider if he is supposed to be a graduate student, it means he doesn't hav much money to start of with, maybe his parents will support him a bit but would he waste some of it on bourbon?
