Akai (SPOILERS)

Akai wouldn't place another innocent body. the body might have bern someone else's dead body. remember they were at the hospital? there may be lots of dead bodies there, or that black org guy that committed suicide.

remember, it could be anybody because we couldn't see the eyes, or hair, even AFTER the bomb exploded.

Akai isn't superman 

Akai has to move an adult sized body (hidden from view) with lack of movements (Akai will get caught if he move out of the car) into the position he is lying from (and with the body's hands in the pocket as well) in 15 seconds. (seriously 15 seconds ain't that long) - try looking at a clock and imagine Akai doing what i just said.

Then what if the body was placed above him(strapped inside the roof of the car covered with something to blend, remember they did not show much inside the car) or below the chairs? Then all Akai needed to do is move aside/get out and trigger the so that the body would just fall(or something else) to the chair.

FYI there's a different clue in the anime. When Akai fell from the headshot, his head was splattered with blood, but when Kir was placing the bomb, it was clean. And when it was showed in the news, the door of the car was closed. 

Akai was wearing black clothes and a hat [in the anime]
it would be easy to blend in, since the setting was so dark.

The trick will most likely use Kusuda Rikumichi... the BO spy in the hospital (read past pages, lots of theories in there). He is not an innocent person, hehehe

anime... nt canon. if i wer gosho, i wont evn tel d produzrs if akai is alive or nt, so its wird enuf if u notiz dat d anime shows lot of stuf makin us speculate dat he is alive, unlyk d manga

Maybe the producers speculate like us, but there is a possibility that Gosho will tell them because the anime wouldn't want to screw the story up by adding the "no blood splatter", "30-second bomb timer", and other stuff like that without being sure.

lol, i don't think that Gosho would make such a visible mistake, when a main side character is "dying"
