But why did Bourbon want Sherry alive?
Gin, Pisco and Vermouth all wanted her dead  and Pisco even knew Sherry was shrunk. (Okay Vermouth reason to kill her is really simple.)
Does Bourbon want to know how she escaped?

Concerning Amuro not killing Sherry,I suppose it's because he's a gentleman,he doesn't like to kill people who never caused trouble to him.He's not a criminal who like to kill for nothing like Gin.
And also Amuro knows Miyano family so I guess he doesn't want to kill Sherry because of that.
Of course giving Sherry alive to the BO is also useless since they would kill her,but at least that show that Amuro is more human than the other BO members,which make me think that maybe he will join Conan's team in the future(if he give up on killing Akai of course).
I think this is what happened in Gundam but I'm not sure.

Yeah I know that...but I read somewhere that at some point Amuro and Char were together to fight some evil organisation.
I don't know if Gosho will follow Gundam story until the end,Ihope he won't.

I have the bad  feeling that Gosho will explain that Amuro and Akemi were childhood friends and were in love until Akai comes  that would be just horrible for me.

It seems alot of people aren't sure how Amuro ended up at the Mouri Agency, why he's still here, or what he hopes to find now that Sherry is "Dead".

I've been doing some thinking, and I think I understand how he ended up there if his mian mission is in fact Akai and not Sherry.

If Bourbon suspects Akai is alive, and Kir helped him fake his death then logically he's investigate the people they have in common. He started with Akai's immediate co-workers in the FBI, but they all seemed convinced Akai was dead. However, if he really is a great detective he really couldn't fail to notice a connection between Akai, Kir, and Kogoro. Kir once hired Kogoro to deal with a doorbell prankster which led to her being bugged and captured. The BO originally suspected Mouri of bugging her, but were cut off by Akai. Gin might have been convinced Akai used Mouri as bait to draw them out but what would Bourbon think? Might he have suspected Akai was trying to protect Mouri? Also, there's Conan. The boy who lives with Mouri, and who worked with Akai and the FBI. If Bourbon found out Conan was working with Akai before his "death" he might suspect him of being there on Mouri Kogoro's orders. He might also think that if Akai is alive Mouri, who is publically known as a "great detective" and who seems to be Akai's ally, might know where he's hiding. Also, if he knows Sera is Akai's sister then he'll want to stay at the Agency even moreso because Sera is A) The friend of Mouri's daughter, and B) Seems to have a fixation with Mouri's "apprentice" Conan. In any case, there is enough of a connection between Akai, Kir, and Mouri Kogoro for a supposedly skilled detective like Bourbon to keep him under observation.

But i think Amuro is like 4 to 5 years older. I´m hoping he can´t make them childhood friends because of this age difference. 4 years is a huge deal with kids.

The wiki article says she's around 25 when she was killed.
And you're right about the age difference...maybe he considered her as a little sister then.That would be interesting for me...

I personally love sibling relationships (or things close to it *aka, maybe not actually related people*), so I'd rather have a sibling like thing than a love thing...especially a childhood love thing -_-; Really Gosho, it's getting a bit contrived at this point, dontcha think?

It would still be better tan the love story with Lalah in gundam.  I see the similarities  Akemi lke Lalah should have never been made to work for the BO she wasn't the right temperament.  Meeting Akai likely is what prompted her to try to leave with her sister. Personaly I don't want to think about it to hard since i like Akemi and hate Lalah.
