I understand that, But still Shiratori was introduced in movie one, wich at least makes that movie canon

Hmmm... It was actually a year after Shiratori first appeared in the manga, right? I guess Gosho told the producers about Shiratori...

But if you ask me as a DC fan, if the revelation of Okiya's identity and confirmation of Akai's death happened in the movie first, then the revelation in the manga wouldn't really be exciting to read...

yeh, they probably wanted another 'Takagi' in the movie and asked Gosho if he's gonna add a new character to the police force or not.

The only flaw in the Akai=Okiya theory is about Kir thinking about the line "Please... don't think badly of me..." (which is implied to be a message to Akai) when she "killed" Akai. If she said it for the other BO members to hear, it would make quite some sense, but for her to think of it in her mind... Did she slip up in some part of the plan? Do you have opinions cause I'm still on the path to figuring it out.

Btw, Rellik i just rewatched episode 504 just to observe things and i saw your theory on the "maximum time of the bomb to be 10 secs". It was actually 30secs and Gin and Vodka left then already before the 30 secs started so thats a lot of time for stuff to happen.

the anime is most likely guessing? for in the manga it only showed the bomb with a timer of 4 seconds left if i remember

kir was far away? did it show she was far away in the manga?, because in the manga she was still near the car

so 10 seconds is likely enough time.

and the fact does he need to move the body? he can just throw the body into the front seat and escape, but no, he had him lying perfectly on the front seat, hands in his pocket and half his body out of the car.

And as i explained in another topic, switching bodies after he was shot is not possible.

So how did he switch during 12 seconds? (as i said 3 seconds probably wasted so the camera or Gin won't spot him moving)

The only reason i can think of is if he used a scapegoat (living) to fake his death.

Yes it's impossible to do much within 15 secs... especially to enter a closed car, start the engine, and escape the crime scene... there's no proof that it's actually 30 seconds. But it definitely isn't 10 because you won't want to get caught in the explosion.

the explosion range was just inside the car, the impact would probably be just 1m since the police car was so near it (refer to my post a few replies up)

lol. BTW, I think we have to experiment also by ourselves on the time involved in going to the car, starting the car, and getting away from the explosion at somewhat twice the explosion range (we can see in the manga that Kir wasn't at the edge of the explosion range. Anyone who likes to try it out?
