I really like the Agasa was tricked in boarding 7D instead of 6D scenario. It means the murder happened in Kogoro's room. Everything in Kogoro and Agasa's room is where they left it so no moving luggage required. And completing the trifecta of awesome, Scar Akai who was seen leaving a D room, perhaps was targeting 6D which was supposed to be Agasa's! The body had to be taken elsewhere, and it could have wound up in 7B, the vic's room, or 6D, Agasa's intended room.

The train has a formal/semiformal clothing dresscode based on what everyone else is wearing. A cap would be unacceptable, so Scar Akai upgraded to fedora.
A fedora is pretty much the nicest, formal, modern, man's hat available that conceals one's face. There aren't many other non silly options (a bowler?, a tophat? ) up to the standard of dress that would work in this setting. The guy behind Scar Akai is a steward who works for the train and the cap is part of his uniform. Agasa's hat (seen on pg 4) disappeared as well. Sera and Agasa probably took them off because they were polite. Scar Akai is being sneaky and has decided to ignore the rule about hats indoors.

I agree completely. And on another point, if there are going to be hat rules and formal dress code, this is then probably confirmed as a shout out to orient express. That may give a certain bend to the case and its conclusion.
As for Okiya, my suspicions are either that we have not seen him yet, or that he's actually that conductor. A trip to the kitchen may help, as so many people pointed out XD ... am I the only who wants to taste that cream stew now?
As for Conan's shocked look at the end; wasn't he looking into Agasa's cabin? We got a glimps of it, and there seems to be no body (yet XD) so what's got him so shocked may be a) a realisation, b) something he's seeing in Agasa's cabin that shouldn't be there c) something he's NOT seeing in Agasa's cabin that SHOULD be there. Not sure about this... please correct me if I'm wrong about Agasa's cabin and/or my impression on his expression. Anyone who knows Japanese will probably be able to discredit it right away
Manga Detective Conan, with a huge circulation of more than 140 million, is going to show the readers the climax of the story. The Issue 25 of Weekly Shonen Sunday which is released today has revealed that Detective Conan is beginning a new series—Murder on the Belltree Express. The plot will revolve around Haibara (code name Sherry) and the Black Organization. The mysteries of the Black Organization are hopefully unveiled in this new series.
The poster for the new series, with all the main characters, is designed as homage to Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express. The advertising slogan of this series is: “the most thrilling story ever, comes closest to the truth.â€

But I really think this is the Bourbon climax, there are even BO's members involved. And three Bourbon suspects too.
After I look at the trailer, I wonder where did the picture came from, the way he pose with hand on arm. Is it from one of the movies? The way he smile is unusual as if he say he's alright after accident, my curiosity intensified. I have no collection of seeing it from manga, but one thing is he look terrible despite he smile bravely in front of us.
Gosho has drawn Ran, too? It seems she will get a important role. Why should Gosho draw her otherwise? I'm glad. *.*
I don't get the point why they have to make promo. They declared it as a big case. If this case won't be so good as we expected then the fans will be disappointed. X/
