There have been some rarities on Conan lately and Gosho is homeschooling us some medical knowledge, especially on blood and DNA recently:
1) two opposite-sex identical twins about to get married (lots of mention of blood type and DNA )
2) a married couple both with the same rare blood type (neatly explained away by having them met at blood donation =) )
All this is getting me HYPED that something big is going to happen soon in a BO or identity/Suspicion arc ...

Somehow the clue to solving the murderer's trick comes to Conan from seeing Genta stop sneezing!? I'll need Conan to explain that one...
B)
An ?important? unknown: It's not been made clear if the wife has an occupation or not, and the husband's occupation isn't stated clearly either (but it seems he's a regular office worker?). If it turns out (however unlikely) either are actually actors/actresses (the wife has a halloween costume and its not halloween, and dressed up as reindeer at christmas?) then the scene Aiyumi witnessed will have a -ridiculous- explanation...

The wife is pregnant:
The last of Conan's thoughts in 802 are also interesting...
"He used his wife's personality in order to kill her...
Without knowing that it would lead to both parties demise..."
"both parties" could refer to both the wife and her unborn child's death (as opposed to the wife and the husband's demise)
As for the wife's pregnancy, some blood disorder/disease or some other more serious medical problem seems improbable at best -- the wife's pregnant:
in 801:
1) her mention of "not being blessed with a child" earlier (now she wants him to stop cheating and be a responsible father?)
2) there is quite a bit of talk about nutrition; even kojima's "growth" journal takes on new meaning now =D
in 802:
1) has common pregnancy signs: often fatigued, nauseated, and easily irritated
2) she is dressed very lightly (esp for winter) and is sweating (higher metabolism so you are much warmer during your pregnancy)
3) ? a cup of water in the kitchen (another reference to the above, she needed water to cool her self down) (or part of murderer's trick)
4) Aiyumi: "She was smiling the whole time she was making barbecue for us" (imagining herself cooking as if they were her children)
5) the email, "go and get checked out by a doctor" followed by a heart mark (so not a serious health condition? according to the woman she was messaging)

Why is the wife so obsessed with the HUSBAND's cell phone (she checks it every night?)? She says its because of philandering and suspecting him of cheating, and supposedly has sent out messages to the woman on his phone to stop cheating. Conan puts a big dent into that idea when he searches the messages of her phone and finds none like the ones she says she sent.

Puzzle piece 2:
"DID IT STOP?"
She could mean almost anything but that the message suddenly stopped right at that point in time is just as interesting ...
The timeline of the husband's version of events is curious. when you put it all together with the phone conversation we see how odd that one line is..:
"Did it stop?" sounds like it simply doesn't even belong in this chain of events -- it sounds simply wrong. I'm going to assume that Aiyumi is correct and that the wife did actually say that.
Then isn't it our impression of what Aiyumi witnessed actually wrong... and for that short period of time that Aiyumi witnessed, the wife wasn't going to actually kill her husband... (Otherwise she would not actually say "Did it stop" in the middle of this)
How the husband managed to create such a strong, false impression ... I can't even speculate ...
