So we finally have some evidence that Aki is Okiya, which would put a end to the Okiya=Bourbon theory once and for all.It will be interesting to see the Haibara-Okiya interaction now that Haibara knew/think that Okiya is the Aki, the one she resent because he used Akemi to get into BO then because him BO decided to get rid of Akemi

The first thing I thought of was anaemia. Fatigue and vomiting are two main symptoms for anaemia. Also all the "blood" and "blood-transfer" references made me think that. So maybe he hid her anaemia iron pills or something like that and tried to provoke her so she could lose concious then he would stab her. Also Genta might be allergic to some components in anaemia pills or something along these lines. BUT WHAT DO I KNOW!??!   

So maybe the sequence was like this :

1- She has anaemia.
2- He sees a message on her cell that looks like a flirting message.
3- He somehow prevents her from taking her anaemia medicine.
4- He provokes her with one way or the other and gets her really pissed.
5- People with haemoglobin deficiency faint or get dizzy when they are involved in some tense situation.
6- He uses that to boobstab her.
7- Conan busts his @$$.

This case is quite obvious. I'm only looking forward to Akai's identity in the next chapter

From the latest chapter, it was obvious that the wife tried to scare him stop the husband's hiccups, just like how Genta pressing his nose to stop the sneezing. And I too think that the wife is preggo. And I think after this chapter we can be pretty sure that Okiya is Akai and the girl who is Ran's friend is related to him (his sister?).... unless the author is trolling us again. ^_^
