Like I said before, if she's not there, then Conan and Agasa would be even more free to discuss behind her back.

So true. And Ai will never let that happen.

Though, this scene as a whole is seriously pointless and I assume was only there so people's subconisous would make them assume something plot based was going on.

I think he means it might lead to comical Conan + Agasa convos about "OMG what are the women up to while I"m gonez?!!??@" rather than more Conan + Agasa plot convos.

I don't know why they bother to hide their convos from Haibara anymore, anyway, since she already said she wasn't going to run away anymore.

And since keeping stuff from her always seems to lead to her being reckless in the end.
