You can move & rotate either the guy in the middle or the one to the right. Either way, if you position that guy just right, the feet of those two make a square.

Exactly, easy right? your turn.

The answer from the manga:
BTW the puzzle is from the manga Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, a mystery manga.

It took me a while to figure that out, though. ^^; Thomas, Emily, Alexis, Abbey, Harold, Lilly, Phillip, and Boris are standing in a line. If Alexis is first in the line and and Thomas is last in the line, list them in the order they're supposed to be in.
Spoiler: Hint
Alexis had to be first because of this.

Because if Abbey was first, there would've been the alphabetical order answer as well. (Hence, the hint.)
Spoiler:
It's too small.

I wonder if that thing next to the lamppost is a mailbox overflowing with letters? Hard to tell. If so, it's pretty weird for them to be so many at night, when they should have been collected already.
No, really, the picture is small. And c-square's zoomed is too blurry...
You can't change the blurry thing when you make a small picture bigger. You can try to smooth it, but I don't think that'll look better :x
anyway
Spoiler:
The window was opened/pushed up. If it was a small part of the window, it would work. But here on the picture it looks as if the whole window glass was pushed to the top, which is not possible since there isn't enough space for the glass to fit in.
I think that's it :V
