He's either Akai or Bourbon in disguise. Thus, Conan should follow him since he has the highest potential for being dangerous.

Mitsuhiko: Sera
Sera is investigating into Ai and Conan, so those two shouldn't follow her. Mitsuhiko is the next smartest of the DB, so he should follow her.

Genta: Okiya
Genta is always hungry, and Okiya is supposedly a good cook. Genta can just observe Okiya by taking advantage of his hunger.

Ai: Possible KID in disguise
It's best to put Ai with someone who isn't likely to run into someone who has the BO scent, as she freezes up in that situation. We don't know about Sera, but Okiya (and most likely scar Akai) will set off her BO sense. Jodie is investigating the BO, so it's likely Jodie will end up running into the BO. Sera is still suspicious since she's investigating into Conan and Ai. Thus, Ai goes with KID.

Ayumi just gets who's left.

Mitsuhiko-Possible KID in disguise: Mitsuhiko is smart and determined, he should follow him.
