Does studio empty tell a better story? Because by the images I've seen from Wanyanaguda(took me 3 times to spell this right WHILE looking at your spelling..), he draws a superior Haibara. But I do see more personality in studio empty's Haibara from the images you posted.
As for what they are saying, Conan is probably a bearophile and Haibara thinks he's an idiot.

I don't like Wanyanaguda's style, just a preference really. Studio empty's style seems more aligned with Gosho's, as for telling a story, there's only been a handful of doujins that have been translated, but in my opinion, yes, they do tell better stories (Yukiko and Ai interaction finally!)
I think Wanyanaguda's doujins are more "straight to the point" if you know what I mean.
What they are saying:
Based off what I have seen from the pictures..
Ai says something to Conan, which makes him sad so he runs off.
He comes back later with a giant teddy bear.
Ai seems pissed, and then conan comforts her.
