...Maybe you don't understand, this is Kobayashi. She can do anything she wants, the only reason this anokata person continues to draw breath is because it's in Kobayashi's will. voting for scar akai too, (makes the most sense for me at least or maybe because i want to see Ai's face after she found out that it was the dead lolicon next door)

concering kobayashi, maybe she is like the old Piccolo daimao in dragonball who used telepathy to control his demonchilds (watching these episodes right now(btw... seems as if gosho stole parts of his ran sense never seeing shinichi again scene in tropical land from dragonball where kuririn first dies, goku face and behavior looks almost the same like rans)

I would love to have okiya as akai and the scar akai as bourbon.
It would make okiya so awesome. but if okiya was bourbon then he would be just as awesome.
As you can see I'm a little torn between the two.

If Okiya was Bourbon, wouldn't everyone be dead already? I mean, I can't imagine he wouldn't have figured everything out by now. Conan and Haibara really aren't that secretive.

Mine is the simple opinion: Okiya is Akai, Scar Akai is Bourbon, and Sera is Akai's sister.

But this post is too boring, so here's a random, crazy theory:
Bourbon kidnapped Conan during the red shirt bombing case. He got hold of some APTX somehow and took it. He's been impersonating Conan ever since then. Sera is actually Shinichi's mom. She took on the Sera persona just to prove she was the perfect actress. Also because she wants to stalk Conan without him knowing. Akai actually did get shot, and is totally dead. During Bourbon's time living with Ran, he grows a conscience and decides to let Conan go after erasing his memory of the incident. He then takes the BO's newfound technology or elixir or something that cures the dead and uses it to bring back Akai. Then he kills the entire BO with nothing but a rusty hammer and the femur of a very old mountain goat, while in his child body. Because he's just that great, apparently. Shinichi's mom knew about everything when she first saw Conan as Sera, because she is actually a super genius. But she didn't do anything about it because she was bored. And Okiya is actually a serial killer. Akai happens to have met him before, so when he is revived, he notices Okiya, and immediately kills him. And Scar Akai is just a random guy that happens to look like Akai. At the very end, Bourbon is seen lowering himself into a pool of molten iron like on Terminator 2. Then, at the end of the very end, you see a dark room with Okiya lying dead in it. In the last panel, there is a close up of his eyes opening. Then the series ends without anything else being resolved.

That theory was even crazier than I thought it would be when I started writing it. I'm pretty proud of it. A topic like this can't go without a ridiculous theory, right?

I can say about Sera.

I suspect that she seem to know about Conan and the people with him.

I can't help wondering what if Masumi and Ai  will meet perhaps in order get a reaction.

Can I ask you why you suggested that Sera related to Akai?

I can't see the facts to prove it. Share it with me?

I can say Okiya.

I wouldn't say that he's Bourbon just because he drank Bourbon Whiskey. It just too obvious. 

Somehow Conan knows something about Okiya that's deeper than he's compassion for Sherlock Holmes.

A secret that can't share with the rest of the characters.

It almost as if he has faith but it must just me talking say it. 

Finally as for the mysterious scar Akai,

It almost like he's wondering the streets like a ghost. 

Probably to draw someone out in the open. 

Its either the BO members or Ai Haibara herself.
