Well it's fairly obvous he is a townie. I mean, yeah, he was with the death eaters at one point, but it's very clear that Dumbledore knew who he really was.

Don Costume should also be a prep phase action, in case someone wants to use a costume on Night 1
May also want to implement Akonyl's suggestion re: Frighten notifications
Balance between activeness and BO's "collaborative" advantage
Make clear that Yumi is not to choose herself as one of the participants in a lover pair
Follow/Accompany/Backup/Cite all count as follow - target notified number of times followed
Does a thief get arrested if they tried to steal something when there wasn't anything there? Tentative: Yes
Does someone get notified if a thief tries to steal something and there isn't anything there? No: Rules wording.
We didn't implement that "x uses deduct/spy" needs a target! D: So have to let it go for now.
Backup: Should be like "Follow" "Accompany" and "Cite": You can't do these things to yourself! XD
The mechanics of Kazuha's "Accompany" may need to be tweaked/reworded
Need something specifically saying whether, if APTX was attempted and identity was wrong, still a crime?
"Snoop," "Collect" - I had intended for these to not be investigatable since they lack targets
Also, didn't we decide that Deduce and Spy investigations needed to name targets as well? Not in the rules yet.
Change the wording under General Definitions: BO killing order regarding "successful murder" - should be ATTEMPT

Well, BO-Town lovers, anyway. Town-Town lovers may still have valuable info.

Also, SI on dead players: I would say no, since it's like being arrested in that no actions can be done on them (except APTX, but obviously you're not gonna APTX a dead player).

Regarding the thieves: I would say if they try to steal something and there's nothing to steal, it should count as a failed action (not tricked, exactly, but still failed - not investigatable, not arrestable, but the thief is notified that there wasn't an item to steal or whatever, so they'll know they weren't tricked). Which means the target would also not know.

I agree on the SI mechanics. Someone asked me about unhinging SI from specific players (so that jailed and dead would work), but that would mess up the mechanics of regular Investigate which DOES hinge on specific players.

"You didn't get anything," because "failed" is usually used in the case of being tricked or using your action on a traveler, and it should be differentiated, imo.

Dus and I asked pofa about this when she GMed, and basically there's no way to say fairly which is of more importance, so I would say they both get used up if they both use it in the same phase.

and if some one use it to prove them self it will be chaos. ex: i am kobayashi, i will use VOR on day 1. so please believe me... like that....

i say let Eri, as a profesional Lawyer and respected person be the first options. so kobayashi VOR is second after her
