Wow,

Didn't expect this deduction to be correct :o

By the way eworm can You show other received deductions? if their authors are ok with it.

About a riddle: I have to think a little beforehand.
So I'll post something tomorrow (for me tomorrow's daytime is in 6-7 hours) .

Or if anyone has a good riddle, I will gladly skip my turn

The culprit could have used a handkerchief or something like that. And after the crime they could dispose of it in many ways. Nobody would be able to tell who it belonged to.
While someone might Had not hear 'purf' that the gun silenced, they should have heard the gun landing in the room.
The sounds of things falling on the floor isn't something unexpected when cleaning and searching a room for a things from ages ago. Why would anybody have made a notice of it? Especially if they were either busy or talking with Keiko.
The culprit would not have had time to do much. As they were leaving the scene another was heading to meet them. And they would have been pretty clear guilty when they found the victim to that person.
They knew Keiko well. They knew that after leaving Akito in embarrassment Keiko wouldn't run straight to them to get scolded for that. Especially after the words of encouragement. It was predictable that she would stop in other room/rooms and talk with others.
their should also be mud on the floor as well.
Isn't it normal to use a doormat before entering a house? Even more so if it's someone else's. The mud left on the shoes wasn't enough to leave traces on the floor.

Anything else?
How much time did all this take: "

Finally she whispered "Good luck" to Keiko and left the room saying she had left something in her car.

The two were left alone. Akito was already opening his mouth when Keiko made an excuse too and left. She checked on everybody and exchanged a few words with each of Akito's friends before going outside. "

She could have left just a minute or less after her friend. How long did the two (Victim and Friend) look at each other? The killer had only that amount time to commit the crime. How far to the window and back?

Also why even try to frame the other. On a normal case, the last one to see the victim becomes the prime suspect. It would have been far easier to just let the normal procedure make her friend prime suspect. Why throw the gun away? Keeping it would makes it harder to solve the case, and gives her more time to 'clean up'. It almost seems like she was caught because she rushed. Also if her friend had seen her wiping off the mud from her shoes, where would she have said it came from if asked. Would it have made that much difference if she shot at him from a unmuddy spot? Why did she wait until after the rain? Doing it during the the rain, would possibly remove her footprints, and maybe even give her a reason for having mud on her shoes.

You suggest this crime was well planned out. But I see all kind of examples of if being more of a decision of the moment type crime with all kinds of 'dumb' mistakes that happened. Did she only plan on silencing the Gun, and made no plan after that?

*Mouri Kogorou enters the Room*
Well let me solve that Riddle for you :)

If we assume that it takes about 25secs to get from one room to another and that Keiko spoke for about 2mins with everybody (the order is no matter here) That gives um 75s+6min 7.25mins for the Rooms plus some time to get out and back into the building. I think we can talk about 10mins in max maybe a little bit more.

Who framed anybody? I said it was a coincidence Akito was giving a hint by holding the paper with Keiko's name. For Yuki she was supposed to be "the person giving an alibi". When Yuki left the room, Akito was still alive. That's what Keiko was to say. Besides it would be pretty unlikely for Yuki to plan killing Akito after leaving him in one room with Keiko and even wishing her good luck. If Yuki hadn't known Keiko well, it would have been just giving them some time alone together. Thinking normally, nobody would proceed with a murder plan right after making sure the planned victim wasn't alone.

And yeah, I promised Kogorou I'd post his deduction, so here it is. Quite a reading, people.
Spoiler:
There are various spots where to start this deduction from.
You will be guided thru a deduction full of mysteries of the unbelievable.
Things may not sound conclusiv at all but in the end the circle is completed and round like Gentas belly Cheesy

Let's start with the "Good luck" whispered to Keiko. That merely is something misleading because Akito and Keiko are in love and the whole situation is complicated for both of them because Akito thought that Keiko killed his father. Yukis intention behind this is to give them both some private time maybe she dragged Keiko along to talk to Akito but she wanted to avoid that talk. They both arrived after the rain stopped so the others where going to the University while it was raining. That would leave a window for about 10 mins to commit the crime and return to the right room. Using the positive setup at the scene the Culprit can sneak around freely. The piece of paper that Akito held in his hand is because he was doing some serious thinking (in one way or another). HE wanted to talk to Keiko but she totally refused to. He loves her much and wanted things to be alright. Because Keiko left Akito along Yuki scolded her

We know that he was shot, beeing shot from a short distance leads to heave damage to the body and serious injuries.
Due to the fact that Akito is still alive either he was very lucky or was shot by someone who doesn't really know how to use a gun.
If we take into consideration that the weapon was left at the crime scene with no fingerprints on it it proofes that the Culprit must have been wearing gloves or something similar. What we can rule out is a chemical that gets rid of the fingerprints afterwards. Non of the suspects has access to such material.

The only thing we can really start off a deduction is the drawing of blood. /\/\/. There wouldn't have been enough time to wash of blood from your finger so this must have been done by Akito himself to give a hint about the culprit.
At first glance it seems to be senseless drawing but the trained eye can see many things in it. Someone way conclude that this are letters with a stroke to much. Either AA or VV or a W. Non of that makes sense even if we take as a synoym.
It could also be delta voltage also know as triangle voltage that leaves us with the question why delta and not a sinus? The answet to that is simple. Akito was in great pain maybe the bullet hit his guts (which are the most sensitive spot of the human body - a shot in the guts is painful but not really deadly. It just hurts like hell that would explain why he lost conscious not to speak about the amount of blood lost the pain is the worst here).

With all this we can start off and search for someone who is familiar with such a symbol.
First of all we have Tanaka Shirou he's an electrican who deals with voltage all the time.

*lits cigarette*
The open Window and it was a rainy morning. Is there anything better than the air after a rain? Ahhh fresh air *breath* *cough* I should not smoke that much maybe I should let in some fresh air. *opens window* Ah even the smell is not that bad anymore.
So you see what you can get rid of with some fresh air expecially after a rain.
The only one to make a room smell like cigarettes is Yoshimizu Outa who smokes an awful lot.

Maybe Anegasaki Ryouko was jealous of Keiko because she loves Akito too maybe she even confessed her love and was rejected because of Keiko and thought that if she couldn't have him nobody should. But they are old friends even thought Ryouko is kind tomboyish she wouldn't shot Akito because of that.
She would have done this earlier because she knows him very long and maybe both had a relation with someone else before.

So we narrowed it down to two prime suspects.

If we look at the evidence the  /\/\/ (something else comes to mind now because it goes up and down. It could also represent Ryouko because of her lifestyle but nobody would make such an abstraction  is great pain.) we can assume that Shirou would come to mind first without the energy to write the name Akito draw the first thing that came to mind before he passed out and that would be delta voltage.

The only question remains is why where there no fingerprints on the gun?
Gloves a piece of cloth or anything could cover the gun. Given the fact that the gun was left at the crime scene it must have been dropped afterwards.
If we take into consideration that gun always has some oil on it (that gets muddy when applied because if the gunpowder inside the gun) we will find a piece of cloth with a black stain in the culprits pocket.
Even some water could make that possible but that only works when you brought the gun into the building. Given the fact there is (was) a night watchman the university must have strong security measures. Maybe even a metal detector that would forbid the culprit to bring the gun inside.
That leads to another reason to open the window. To grab the gun with some piece of cloth or gloves in both ways there would be dirt on the specifiy object the gun was grabbed with.

So you would please search the pockets of Shirou and take everything out that looks dirty. Not oily dirty but mud dirty.

The third riddle in the making. Proceed without me for a while. I'm also quite busy with my studies and some writing contests... But I'm doing my best.

Ankor, you now have the right to write "Second BFRiddle's solver" - or something like this - under your avatar... After you set some avatar of course. Seriously, it'd make it easier to recognise you here.

I was about to write my final deduction to you...
and believe me you don't want  to know how I came to Yuki.
Next time I won't let that happen again.

Sorry for the delay

Here is a riddle:
In a prison warden gather 100 prisoners with a good behavior, and said that he'll play a little game with them:

1) On each prisoner will be put a hat that is either black or white.
2) Prisoners will be standing in a column facing same direction in that way they one could see hats of everyone in front of him but not behind him or his own.
3) Every prisoner starting from the tail of column will guess color of the hat on his head - if he is right he will be released for a weekend.
4) Answers are repeated through megaphone so everyone hears every answer.

Prisoners had a couple of minutes before the start, of course they decided to cooperate in this game.

So the question:
1) How many prisoners are guarantied to go home for a weekend?
2) By what strategy?

Answer should contain both points.

Update:
Sorry.
Forgot to mention that only an optimal solution counts

Here is the solution:
Spoiler:
50 of them are guarantied. After they were put into the line, they split into two groups - lets call them A and B. After that, the line was made like ABABABABAB... A always says the colour of the hat in front of him and B repeats. This way, B always gets the right one and will be given an opportunity to go home. I feel bad for the prisoners from group A, though. They haven't done anything wrong.
Hope I can get some riddle to fry your brains
