End of Night 6

Well, it looks like our heroes' journey is almost at an end. As they come around a mountain pass, they suddenly realize that--

Prof: We're almost at the top!
pofa: Finally, we almost made it!

Yes, the top of the mountain seemed only a few hours away. Of course, that estimate fails to take into account the persistent sinister scheming of xpon and Sherlock3, who even now are creeping along behind the travelers with the intention of fouling them up.

Sherlock3: What we do now, darling? If we don't hurry they reach top of mountain!
xpon: I know, I know! But push is about to come to shove!
Sherlock3: What you mean, darlling?
xpon: I mean, we are going to push and shove them off mountain!

And with that, the sinister villain snuck up behind our heroes and gave pofa the tiniest of shoves before running back into the bushes.

pofa: Whoa! *falls into Prof*
Prof: Yaah! *falls into Schillok*
Schillok: Ow, my knife wound! D: *falls into Akonyl*
Akonyl: Hey, this isn't the 'what would you say if' thread--*falls into Kleene*
Kleene: Aaah! What are you doing?? *falls into Meme*
Meme: ...! *falls into Kain*
Kain: DX You guys are too heavy! *falls into Edo*
Edo: ...Look out! D: *falls into Kirbypepe*
Kirbypepe: Somebody catch me--aaaaaAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!

But as the travelers fought to regain their balance, nobody was able to catch Kirbypepe (Satou) as he fell over the edge of Mt. Flatten and, ironically, directly into the open mine shaft that had killed Commi and BK.

Spoiler: Yeah, this one

pofa: Well...he isn't coming back.
Prof: pofa, pull! We're all going to go over the edge!

But no matter how hard pofa pulled, it seemed they were all doomed. That is, until Xcommando, somehow released from jail, came up behind pofa and lent his strength to the struggle. With one last heave the remainder of the travelers were heaved up onto safe ground.

pofa: Hey, you're back!
Xcommando: Yeah, it got crowded in that cave.
Prof: Where's CaseClosed101?
Xcommando: Jail.
Prof: What?
Xcommando: Jail.

Prof: What about breva?
Xcommando: She left too. Like somebody erased all traces of her.

Yes, it seemed that one prisoner had been released only to be replaced with another, for CaseClosed101 had been arrested while no one else had been looking.

xpon: Sherlock3, these police get more victims than we do!
Sherlock3: At least they don't arrest us, darling.
xpon: Please, they could not take me alive.
Sherlock3: Of course not, darling.

Well, what now? Will the travelers find any success at all on this ill-fated journey of theirs? Out of the thirty people who inherited, will anyone get the Upsidaisium? All these questions just might be answered in our next episode, "End of Day 6," or, "Falling Standards."
