I'd also like to know why it's obvious.

1) akai is alive

So because he's alive that means he's Akai. Wow,that totally makes sense.

2) ai sensed him, bourbon is a new member, so she wouldn't sense him, therefore he is not bourbon

Yet, she senses when Gin and Vodka are around.

3) both are left handed

And...?

4) akai and okita both likes bourbon

Vermouth was on the bus during the bus jacking case, dressed as Araide. It was clear by that point that she had disguised as him. I'm not sure why Akai said the target never showed.

Conan seems to know about Okiya’s address despite having never met him.

In the Red, White and Yellow case, Conan seems to recognize the address Okiya was staying at despite never having met Okiya before. (622-624) This reaction would make sense if Akai told Conan where he was living while in disguise. While Okiya must have lived there long enough though for the kid to recognize his flower watering habits, the passage of time in DC is difficult to judge. Also, Okiya watered the plants everyday when no one else did previously, which means the kid could notice in just a few days.

I didn't notice the address thingie. Thanks for pointing it out. You'd clearly notice the sweatdrop, which is an indication of hiding something, on Conan's face in the manga page. The anime episode grabbed my attention toward Haibara's comment instead (i.e. she indeed passes by the apartment a lot on the way home).

By the way, you make strong arguments. (Okiya=Akai)
I do believe that Akai is alive. Otherwise, a lot of plot details wouldn't make sense. Take the fingerprint for example. Akai snatched Conan's phone before he was supposed to call Agasa, reiterated that he's just a boy whom Jodie's infatuated with but still an ordinary citizen, and returned it to him with his right hand fingerprints on it. The thumb is most obvious to the watching FBI agents and us, audience. The anime ep even zoomed in on this scene.

Later, we see Jodie thanking Conan once again for the hint that supposedly sparked Akai's clever scheme.

In the anime, alternatively, we see Conan's enigmatic smile even after his own idea was trashed.
Would someone please be so kind as to capture that screenshot? 
Clearly, the exchange of hands on that cellphone is for an entirely different purpose. Akai and Conan burned that scene onto the FBI agents' minds so that they will recall and use it for the ID of the burned man, perhaps? (No pun intended.  )

Much later, Conan checked the serial number of his cellphone as soon as Jodie returned it. Verifying if the plan with Akai worked? Or simply nothing? `Cause if that's not paranoia, then I don't know what is.

With all these fingerprints checking (also in normal chapters), I wonder why the police haven't figured out who Conan is yet. They got Conan's fingerprints, but they should have Shinichi's as well even though he uses gloves and such.
