On the prep phase of Christmas, my true love gave to me: an invite in a gift box.

The sun started to come out, and everyone received a beautiful, shiny gift box in their mailbox. Inside these gift boxes contained free first class tickets to New York City and a Christmas Card: "Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas! You have all been invited to stay at a private hotel in New York City. The flight will leave Sunday, December 19th at night. Meals and various activities will be provided. There will be a secret contest, and the last winner standing will win 1,000,000 dollars. We hope to see you there! - Mr.Clause ~ P.S. Make sure you pack a warm coat, scarves, hats and glove. It's going to be freezing."

Everyone meets up at the airport, waiting to board the plane. But it begins to snow, and the flight will be delayed for a few hours. Chatting starts, and people are trying to get to know each other. Everyone receives free hot chocolate with marshmallows due to the inconvenience of the delayed flight. Nobody knows that this might be the last Christmas they will ever celebrate.
