Anyway, I think the way it's handled in my round should more or less solve the problem (not being able to use it for 2 phases, after having it used successfully), it makes them killable but they can still protect themselves.

Also something I'd like to see (perhaps not in Dus's round, but later) is for special investigate to be changed to solely be the ability to check things in the past. This way, we could give the current Special Investigators to be Special Investigate OR Investigate, and introduce Officer Tome (the crime scene guy) as a police officer who can only Special Investigate, which would make him not just an upgraded james/kir.

I like the idea but there are already a number of changes and new characters this round, I'm not sure I want to add another one. x_x

Alright, it's time to discuss the changes introduced in my round:

Jirokichi: Hard to say, but I do have an idea that makes him a bit more powerful: If he gives his gem to the person who is supposed to kill that night, then he can bribe them into not killing.

Sherry: Quite a powerful role, I want to hear xpon's comment on that, but I don't think there are any major problems.

Nakamori: Didn't get to find Kid or Vermouth, would have liked to see how that would have played out.

Natsuki: I want to hear nom's comments on the role

Satou's detention: Wasn't used, unfortunately.

Kogoro getting sober after the first 6 dead townies: Might be a tad too powerful if Natsuki is kept.

Eri's cross-examination: Lucky guess there. Pity it didn't get used again.

Proposed new roles:
Yamamura (Kleene)
Numabuchi (Akonyl)
Yuka (guess who)

I think he is quite okay the way he is now. I don't think we need another "trickster", especially not one who will not block town abilities.
Maybe we could make him a bit less dependent on Nakamori? Meaning he will contact another police if no Nakomori is in the game (or not any longer)?
Otherwise, except that he needs thieves to do something useful (Maybe giving him another function might not be such a bad idea after all... maybe a second ability he could use that is weaker than his gem giving? Of course he would only be allowed to use one of them each night.)

Nothing I noticed (yet) as well. Some more games with her would make it easier to estimate how strong that role really is.

Well, I would prefer if he couldn't pinch day and night. This is a bit much and makes it very hard for the disguisers to stay hidden. Also, I think he should auto-arrest in case he finds a disguised target. The way he is now the player would get the results at the end of one phase... and could arrest right during the next one. I think there is no need for that gap.
Also, it makes the whole "costume swap" for Vermouth and Kid unnecessary. And it would also work perfectly to interrupt the target, what he is already doing in the current version.
Natsuki: I want to hear nom's comments on the role
I still have worries. Now that the town knows that this role is an ally they could leave her unharmed once she is found out. Yeah, she could kill more townies, but maybe she gets a BO instead? That way she would probably tell her kill-list if she gets contacted by a townie by PM.
Also, the town would keep her alive once she did all her killings. She has interrogate after all and she wants the town to win so she will vote for BO.

See Natsuki. Though, the number of dead townies could be adjusted by the GM each game. And although this might hint Kogoro that Natsuki is in the game (iof the number seems strangely high), he would have known during night 2 anyway.

Still worried that the town becomes too strong. Eri has 3 abilities now, which seems a bit too much to me. Yeah, she wasn't very good before, but I think she has to lose something in return if we want to keep the cross-examination.

@Nakamori: Auto-arrest might be a problem, because you'd want t make sure it's not Kid you pinched.

@Natsuki: The role plays differently if the details about her are known, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

@Eri: Keep in mind that two of these abilities can only be used once. And it also makes Anokata more valuable.

I forgot the details about the proposed new roles and I don't have the PMs any more. :P

Nakamori did find Vermouth, but both Pofa and I told her NOT to use the pinch face since she'd get a new role and their investigations would be for nothing and we wouldn't have had her arrested. :-\ So maybe Nakamori CAN pull off the disguise and she can have an ability (like Kid who can investigate if not disguised I think)

Ah, so that's why she didn't do it. You could have arrested her for being disguised on previous nights, like with Irish/Yukiko.
