No, the fact is, she actually really likes Agasa. But seeing as he already has some kind of love (which is lasting pretty long), she has to give up on him and is now trying to drown her heartache by flirting with Okiya.

On a serious note now, I really don't trust the anime as a reference, and certainly not the musical intros and outros. Besides, it's been said that Akai loves to drink Bourbon too, so we still got those two as possible Okiyas. Also, Conan wasn't really worried about the fact that Ran and Sonoko were with Okiya, more about them accidentally revealing something about Shinichi to okiya. Which seems pretty normal to me, since Ran knows him the best and can reveal quite a lot of information, while Conan wants to make sure as few people as possible know about his real identity ('though I believe that's a lost case with Okiya). On the other hand, it's also possible Conan knows Okiya already knows more than he gives out, and wants to prevent Okiya saying some "strange" things to Ran about the relationship between Conan and Shinichi, which would possibly make Ran suspicious again.

Anyways, it's quite difficult to figure out who Okiya really is, since Gosho gives out a lot of contradicting hints. I personally believe he's Akai, because of Conan's reactions to the "death" of Akai (when Eisuke told him about it), to when he first met Okiya (seemed like they were talking in some code language to each other), to the way Okiya handles the DB (almost like a father (= Conan) who is pleased his children are on such good terms with a good friend of his), and so on.

Yes yes, I also think that Subari is Akai, he has to be Akai, maybe he isnt dead and went to the BO like he once did like kir.

if conan knows that okiya is someone unworthy, he wiould come to his own house to prevent ran and sonoko from coming... and whhat kind of person will allow his enemy to enter his home freely??

How's this for a lame theory, if it hasn't already been mentioned. Okiya was hired by Shinichi's parents to keep an eye on Shinichi and Ai's radar is just off this particular time.

*Seriously does believe that he's connected to the BO in some way, though*

But anyone who has infiltrated the Org so far probably did so by leaving a trail of dead bodies (Kir, probably Akai). I really doubt Kaito will do that. Not because he can't, but simply because he won't kill people to advance his own agenda. Plus he's probably more interested in digging up Pandora before Snake does.

I think that his identity is the most simple explanation. Okiya Subaru is Bourbon. I think this because of a number of reasons
1. They can't do the same thing they did with Dr. Araide, Jodie and Vermouth. Because this time around there is no new character introduced alongside Okiya and Bourbon.
2. If my info is correct, nothing other than the fact that Okiya has excellent deduction skills and that Ai senses the presence of a member of the organization is given during each of Okiya's appearances.
3. Conan trusts a Holmes fan. Maybe he suspects Okiya but believes he will reform.
4. Lastly I read a summary of movie 13 on wikipedia. (I'm not believing it to be true) but it makes sense why they have yet to continue with the main plot.
