yeah, it's possible. we do know kid's also smart, a master of disguise, and is also after the org! that can be a pretty sensible theory.. but of course, there's still the possibility that it's a new character who we don't know yet.
the only thing that bothers me is: who was the shuu that we saw in the bank robbery?!

We already have someone infiltrating the BO, and that's Kir. Throwing in another spy would be meaningless and would make the BO seem less dangerous, not to mention it's hard to believe anyways because Gin is so suspicious about anyone and the boss seems to be even more suspicious about people (Gin mentioned that once, of course not in those words).
Nah, Bourbon will probably be a real member, who acts like a detective. A real dangerous enemy for Conan (aside from Gin). Or that's what I wholeheartedly hope.
i watched the paper plane case again yesterday and i was annoyed 'coz i missed some important details...
right, i don't believe that conan allowed okiya subaru to live in his house only because he believes that he's a good person since's he's a holmes fan...
ran somehow realizes that she met okiya subaru before...
if okiya subaru is really bourbon and conan don't really know him, why would conan not be so worried about ran and sonoko with him??
if okiya subaru is not bourbon and just happened to drink bourbon, why is he, in the opening ichibyou goto ni love for you, with a bottle of bourbon and ai was also there??
which means (for me), okiya subaru is really bourbon with an intention of infiltrating bo... he's a charcter that we met before, and the best choices are akai and kaito...

I doupt very much the people behind the intros and endings was told by Aoyama who Bourbon is. It's simply because Ai is very unsure about him, and many people suspects him.
