End of Prep. Phase

You board the plane and sit down in your seat, it was first class!
In total there are 28 people on the plane, and you can't help but wonder who the others are. However, there is no one you know, you are sure.
All of a sudden the plane starts to topple and you hear a voice through the speakers.
"Hello, it seems as if the plane stopped work, but watching you on the right if you do you see the city you are going to." You check out the window and sees a beautiful city. "And you check to your left, you see me, the pilot of the plane. Have a nice trip!"
You noticed that the pilot is on the way down with a parachute.
All immediately grabbed after an parachute and jumped out of plane. You later noticed that the pilot became a glowing green ghost and flied the plane. The plane starts to fly normally again.
You land late in the city know immediately that it was a mistake, something is wrong with this place. Then you start all memories vanish.
You hear a crazy laugh behind you and turn around.
"Hey, all citizens!" A silver-haired person pops up from nowhere. "I am your Mayor, Kain, I know that you don't remember this, but unfortunately got some crazy fool, took you away from here. You struggled, but he managed to take you out of here. "The silver-haired looked sad. "But now you are back with me again!"
You look at Kain and think you know him. You feel his concern.
"But I suppose you are tired after the trip, so I come to you later!" Kain snaps his fingers and all show up in separate rooms.
