This problem is more of an action scene.

Case V: Conan and the nine explosives

Conan is on his skateboard and must disable nine bombs laid out like this

The bombs are about to go off. Conan's mind is racing: "All I need to do is skate past each bomb and pull out the blue wire. The skateboard is fastest when riding it straight and I will lose a lot of time when changing directions. No problem. I can skate past all nine bombs in four straight continuous lines, so I only need to change directions three times." How is Conan going to do it?
