I dunno if it makes CONAN look OOC... like, I mean, think about it. Conan has a great sense of justice and Kaito Kid is a thief, who he's never been able to capture. So, no, he doesn't look OOC imo.

Now Haibara,... she probably is following Conan's advice a little bit more now. xD (Y'know, to act more like a little kid. Then again, Kaito Kid probably gets on her nerves too, though I doubt that.)
