Random: Languages?

Wow, it really is amazing how so many people from so many different countries all come to the same forum and talk about the same things. The internet surely is amazing!

But onto the topic. I speak Finnish as my native language.
I started learning English at the age of nine at school, and my language skills in it are getting better and better every day because of all the English sites I visit, the English fansubs I read, and, of course, because of all the fanfics I read. I read and write English quite fluently, but I have still some work to do with pronouncing the words the right way. All in all, I speak it quite well.
At the age of eleven I started studying Swedish, because that's the second official language of Finland. I can speak it quite fluently too, but I don't know so many words, so at times it's quite hard to say what I mean when I don't remember the right words.
Last year I studied a course of Latin, so I know some basics of the language. I'd love to continue studying it, though. I think the grammar is very similar to that of Finnish.
Last year I also began to study German, so I know the basics of that language too. I can say hello, buy a ticket and so on.

I had French at school for 6years but I hardly remember anything...well I still understand most things but I can´t even answer a simple question 
As for Japanese.... a bit of basic conversation, I can read and write Hiragana and Katakana.... and bit of Conan vocabulary of course

I picked up a little Japanese through anime, manga, Japanese TV shows and radio programs.

Erm, well... I was born in Russia, then I moved to Canada when I was 7, and then I went to a French school (my parents let me decided what school I wanted to go to, and the French one had a bigger play ground >_< ). Right now, I'm also trying to learn Japanese. 

So now I can speak English, French and Russian fluently, and I can almost understand Japanese.

Tagalog and English. I'm trying to learn Japanese but I'm kinda having a hard time when it comes to writing Kana and Kanji.

Since I'm from Belgium, my mother tongue is Dutch and we had to learn to speak and write French and English fluently. I'll probably be able to survive in a German country with the bit of German I learned at school too, and last time I checked I was able to understand most written things in Italian thanks to the Latin I learned (Spanish is a bit more difficult). I can also read Greek but I don't understand it (anymore), and I can understand a few Japanese words thanks to anime. ^^ I'm still trying to discern the characters for the separate words 'though. But maybe I should just take some decent lessons for that

That's about it. Maybe I should try to learn Arabic next, like my brother, or Chinese, since we're coming in contact with those people more and more nowadays.

I'm a Chinese, but a total dummy to its dialect, except for Cantonese (which I learn some of it by watching lots of tv series);
English is my secondary language, which gives me plenty of headache sometimes;
I took Japanese for a year, but mostly return to my lecturer (and schools). The good thing is: I still recognize some basic phrases and tenses by watching lots and lots of anime series and collecting raw comics;
As for my country's official language? There is only one word to describe it: (Extremely) Horrible.

To summarize: I speak most of mix English and Chinese.

I'm braziliam guy, so i have portuguese (native), spanish (so, so) and i'm trying to improve my english...

Actually, all that i know of english i got on Conan mangas, as you can see (i think at least) =-P

And it's really amazing people from all the world came to one location to share their love for something like Conan... In my country probaly i woldn't find anyone to discuss about that

I live in France so i speak french of course. I speak english like a 20 years old boy who sleeps all day long during class time . Oh yeah I should speak chinese too unfornutely I don't have any chinese words in my mind.

My mother tounge is Hungarian and I can speak English fluently. My German is not bad either, since I watched & read Conan in German. ^^
