I wonder if you noticed that when Ran was at the window you could see on the shelf the candle thing, from Ending 30. Aya Kamiki: Summer Memories and that snowglobe from ending 32 Aya Kamiki: Summer Memories.

Interesting opening, as if, as others mentioned elsewhere, Conan has died in the end. Weird.
