I like Ai because of her character. She is quite balanced (in character) and has a mysterious touch. Although she always seems composed, calm and intelligent, she also has weak points, for example her attitude towards Ran in the beginning. Furthermore, she has quite an unique kind of humour despite her serious behaviour. In addition to that, she seems to be one of the characters who changes a little bit during the story.

Ai is not a static character, she has actually becoming quite dynamic, changing from seclusive to being more friend, from being afraid to taking some bold steps ^^
Not to mention she's also in a different league in terms of thoughts, her character stands out because of how her life has shaped her, on top of her relationship with Conan right now ^^
