It seemed to be a morning like every other in the small Japanese city of Beika. People got up ate there breakfast and most turned on the new to catch up on current events

*On TV Inside a News studio*

A man in a dark suit sat behind the desk with a wall showing the world map behind him. He had short dark hair and brown eyes (might put a better description later)

News anchor: Good morning Beika. I am Hiroshi bringing you today’s top stories. Murder has struck our city as one of its youngest residents has been killed in his own house.

*Screen shows the scene outside apartment where a body bag is being loaded into ambulance then returns to studio*

Hiroshi: The victim was a Teitan Elementary school student Akonyl(Mitsuhiko) who was shot once in the head with a high powered rifle. The Police responded by saying the investigation into the death is ongoing

*screen briefly shows picture of victim*

Hiroshi: The other top story is a member of the police force has been suspended. The name and reason has not been given by the police forces representative. Although we were told it is only going to be a twenty-four hour suspension

*TV turns off as the viewer as well as everybody else headed to the part and to the gallows and the newly erected Guillotine.
