Night 5 ended

The night seemed long and depressing. Beika City was very silent and the townspeople feared the dawn. But the sun rose nonetheless.

Again a dead body was discovered. This time it was a young police officer, Takagi (conia). He was found in a small lake. But the cause of death wasn't drowning. He was poisoned with potassium cyanide and thrown into the river afterward.

People that gathered:

"NO! How could they! Poor Takagi!"

"This is horrible!"

Some people cried. Others mourned in silence.


Yamamura: "This is bad if this goes on!"

Townsperson: "Yeah! Finally Yamamura says something reasonable! Maybe he knows what's going on!"

Yamamura: "Yes! Of course I know! If this goes on then there won't be anyone left to watch the World Cup and cheer for Japan!"

Townsperson: ".... nevermind. I didn't say anything...."

Yamamura: "Huh? What? It's the truth, isn't it?"

That's probably true.  The first time it was posted, I actually went through and opened the spoiler boxes one-by-one.  But I gotta admit I started just skimming them after the 5th one or so LOL
