Shinichi+Ran or Conan+Ai?

I chose neither one. I started to hate Shinichi x Ran 2 years ago but when I went on DC hiatus, I kind of liked it again, but when I re-watched Captured in her Eyes last week, I started to dislike the pairing again.

hmmm,if you read her post,she wasn't only talking about Aicon fans,or maybe I'm the one who misunderstood ...(she was talking about pairing threads)...

but now after the flames of the past calmed down and with their big-ass thread, they believe they can attack anyone who says something bad about them

oh,yeah,so when someone say something bad about you,you just smile and stay quiet,you aren't upset at all,and you don' try to defend yourself at all,right?

Proof is that they are all the time talking about their "AiCon army"

obviously you don't understand that when we talk about Aicon army we are just joking...

and they give tons of excuses for everything, one of them being "They were mean to us first, so we're allowed"

I don't think there's a regular member who attack people freely using that excuse...  he would have been banned from the forum in that case...(well I only remember about kait0kid0 who was banned for a while,he's no longer here)...
anyway,even if that was the case,for you all the Aicon fans are the same...since you always keep generalizing us,ignoring members who take their time to explain their opinion,who try to not being aggressive,and who try to understand other people's opinion...
then again,since we are aicon fan we're all biased and aggressive great...

They don't realize though, that actions like what was taken against them 60 years ago 200 pages ago, are like what they do now in other threads.

sorry,but I don't remember someone who goes on the Shinran thread these day saying"shinran sucks",or"that's a stupid idea" only because we don't agree,maybe I wasn't here...

Well, I don't like them because of these "good discussions". Usually, people never noticed my points and just went for the points that had some "flaws". Then , after I cleared up things, people never responded to my post again.
So no, I don't consider those "discussions" as discussions. Because almost everyone is pretty much biased there and there is no room for any serious discussions without people becoming "mad, sad or having their feelings hurt" (that's my opinion tho)

Well, as I usually don't partake in such discussions, I don't see why you must feel "mad, sad, or hurt" when noone responds to your post. That could mean that they think you're right, and thus, does not need to counter your statement, or, they have nothing else to say, given that you've cleared things up.

I didn't mean that I'm the one "sad" etc. But that the others in the "discussions" are (or seem to be).
It wasn't related to my ignored posts (but I wrote it wrong and didn't separate the sentences enough :x)

And you're right. Some just don't respond because they can't say anything. But some people seem to ignore my post and write similar things like "I posted my argument and there is no counter to that, hahaha!"... then I look at my post and scratch my head while confused ;p

hmmm,I don't think you're the only one being ignored when you post something...and it doesn't only concern the pairing threads...I also have the same feeling,sometimes when I post something,nobody responds (in pairing thread,or even in the other topics),or people say the same thing I wrote and ignore me ...maybe because nobody is interested by what I say anyway,that's really frustrating,but I keep giving my opinion...

that's a forum,everybody is more or less biased and you can't expect to change someone's opinion(concerning the pairings)at least people can accept and understand others opinions...

On an even less serious note, I found something interesting. At the start everyone (the ShinRan) were mean to them and flamed their thread, but now after the flames of the past calmed down and with their big-ass thread, they believe they can attack anyone who says something bad about them because they think they are a large faction just because they won some battles have a big thread. Proof is that they are all the time talking about their "AiCon army" and they give tons of excuses for everything, one of them being "They were mean to us first, so we're allowed" They don't realize though, that actions like what was taken against them 60 years ago 200 pages ago, are like what they do now in other threads.
I say, arrange a bunch of flotillas to their thread and then everyone will hate them even more than now.

I agree with you. And what do they mean we attacked first?!? Last time I checked, they did! Well, at least in other places like Youtube and the MangaFox forum. They should have expected that, too. In a world like this, I think any pairing is bound to get bashed. Ooh, and yay flotillas!!!! I don't think a sea battle is appropriate, though. I don't have many seafaring units. Unless the flotilla is the battlefield itself. *shrugs*

we aren't talking abot mangafox or youtube...because if we start talking about these places,many fans are aggressive and attack people who doesn't have the same opinion...

I also thought that if I wrote this:

people will be able to realize that I'm merely making a PARODY of something and nothing more than that.

From all the media, I was under the impression that everyone had a shred of idea for what I was talking about, though it actually seems like people don't really know about the issue or decided to ignore it.
But really, was the "60 years" and the "flotilla" wasn't enough of a hint? Was I really supposed to also say "now that they have a country of their own a big ass thread..." in order for people to get what I was saying?

You guys (AiCon) aren't violent. Well, at least in this forum. When you guys say you don't like ShinRan, you at least state your reasons in a calm manner. I was actually surprised when I saw how the fans are at DCTP. I really didn't expect the huge posts, but I like that better than flame wars.

Well, I also stopped posting in both threads, because I don't see a point in me arguing with them when I'm not even a fan. I like both pairings, Shinxran a bit more (and I also explained why) but not enough to be considered a "fan".
But I like these forums generally, (even if sometimes ignored) because they aren't any "aggressive" fans or flamers etc. here :p It's a nice and warm atmosphere here. A mixture of serious and funny/silly discussions
