I stood up and my pants fell to the floor T__T They've always been too big but at least they only slipped down a little down before but now they're way too big .__.
And I only have one pair except a pair sweatpants (light grey with something pink on the sides) that I'd never wear in public and my military pants that I can't use yet because I haven't lost enough weight yet
If only there was a way to make pants slightly tighter, like, something that you tie around your waist through your pants. With notches so that they can be used for people of all sizes.
I should patent this idea. I shall call them... tighteycords.
Sorry, someone already invested that and called it a belt.
(Though, only dress pants/skirts and jeans have belt loops. ^^;)
... :I
and I haven't ever run across a pair of pants without belt loops tbh. Well, unless they were elastic waistband pants.
I think it's a feature unique to the pants they make for females, honestly... But I do own pants that have neither belt loops nor an elastic waistband, so I know they exist.

I'll take "things people never say" for 500, Alex
I made a "Knowledge (Pop Culture)" skill check to get the reference. I rolled a natural 1 four times in a row and barely passed the 5th attempt.

That's one thing I'd never think of hearing from a girl
Unless you are ill, then sorry.
I wouldn't mind shedding some lbs - there's probably nothing worse than wanting to exercise but not being able to due to injury
... XD I don't mind losing weight it's just that I have a problem with pants/jeans because of it
I'd want to run too lose some more but I have problems with both my knees and my doctor told me not to run unless I have knee pads which I don't

Conclusion: "This area is full of crap" and "It's a nasty place!"
And since we're on the topic of weight anyhow... I seriously want to hit my brother and dad every time how much I weigh comes into the equation. My brother thinks I need to be under 110 lbs., but I know that would place me as underweight so I ignore him. Dad thinks I need to weigh between 110 and 120 lbs; however, I start being underweight when I weigh less than 114.5 lbs. I'd ignore him, too, if it weren't for the fact that he does all of the grocery shopping since mom isn't here and he doesn't give me any money for much of anything aside to pay for tuition, textbooks, and bus passes. He doesn't give me any money to buy lunch and he hardly buys any groceries that can actually be packed in the first place, so I actually have no choice but to stay in that range since the availability of food drops me there.
I also wanna hit those two for complaining about the fact that I packed 3 peanut butter sandwiches to eat today. I'm not even at home for literally half a day, and there's nothing else I can pack in the first place!

I am so mad at one of the actresses in my assessment group just now. She's skipped the last several rehearsals and when she finally turned up to one today she was an hour late, hadn't printed off a copy of the script for herself (despite stating that yes, she had gotten the email with it attached) and wasn't even sure of what character she was being, despite it being quite a large part and her having begged for it before. We run through the scenes with her character (for the first time, might I add) but before we can block anything she leaves again, claiming that "she has a deadline" in a way that clearly undertones "unlike you DAP slackers".
If you want a big role, TURN UP TO THE hyping REHEARSALS AND REHEARSE YOUR hyping PART. If you're not going to learn the script or attend rehearsals, then you will be given the role of the prostitute with one line and lots of giggling. That is how it works. You don't get to be a prima donna until you're raking in more than Johnny Depp.

Sadly, you aren't allowed retries on Knowledge checks :x
So, your first attempt is the only one that counts
Well, unlike in D&D, people can suddenly remember a piece of knowledge.

*hugs Manga* I personally would give her a role like "Tree A" if I was in the group. She obviously isn't taking the performance seriously enough for much better.

I'm still really steamed over what my brother's girlfriend said the other day. I wasn't there to hear it in person which she should consider herself fortunate if she she knew how pissed off I was when I happened to hear about it. What she said was not only offensive and hurtful to me and to everyone in earshot it was also huge a load of BS.

She said that "Autistics", as in an offensive derogatory term for anyone on the Autistic Spectrum, have very strong heavily muscular bodies.

call me insensitive if you want, but I don't see how "Autistics" is offensive or derogatory. Just doing a quick google search shows news sources, universities and other sites which use the term without being derogatory.
pretty much any term can be made into a slur if you put enough hate behind it. That doesn't mean the term is automatically derogatory, though.

well, i'm assuming it's the lumping together of people who are extremely impaired socially and also behind the curve mentally with those who are somewhat impaired socially, but are perfectly fine intelligence-wise. people who are truly autistic aren't really able to interact with the 'outside world' (there are exceptions, but they are just that), while those with asperger's certainly can.

"The energies of our system will decay; the glory of the sun will be dimmed, and the earth, tideless and inert, will no longer tolerate the race which has for a moment disturbed its solitude. Man will go down into the pit, and all his thoughts will perish. The uneasy consciousness, which in this obscure corner has for a brief space broken the contented silence of the universe, will be at rest. Matter will know itself no longer. 'Imperishable monuments' and 'immortal deeds,' death itself, and love stronger than death, will be as though they had never been."

The person who said this has two sons on the Autistic Spectrum: one with Aspergers Syndrome and the other with High Functioning Autism. The way it was said was incredibly insensitive to those on who have experience with those who are Autistic not to mention what was said was completely untrue. Think of it this way: this is someone who has two kids who are Autistic yet has just proved to be completely ignorant about the nature of their disabilities.
