Yes, but according to BK's story, they got together before Koihime was born, iirc, which puts it in 2004.

No matter how good or in-character they are, they aren't "true".
Basically, no matter how well-written, plausible and convincing a fan-fiction may be, it's still not canon.

IRL, yes. However, for the forums, they are true, i.e. real. I don't think you'd deny that a lot of what is going on in the forums is influenced by and influences the pairings listed here?
