srsly. It was a very weird night overall, we also witnessed someone steal something from a convenience store, a drunk guy throw stuff at the cashier, and then we also found a random girl who claimed she was lost. When we asked where she was from, she said New York, which is like, 3 states away.

What happened to the girl? Don't worry this is still on topic since she did get lost and you found her

we took her to one of these little boxes on campus that have a button that lets you get in contact with the on-campus police, figured they would be of more help than we would, considering the buses weren't running anymore and we didn't know wtf to do.

So pretty much I have no clue what happened to her, but hopefully the police hooked her up with something.
