I'm starting to feel that every Ai fan wants Haibara to be voilent.

I want Conan to be more violent.

He already is...no...he was from the start! Or you didn't notice how he kicked a globe at an old man at the first file? The police could chase after the old man and catch him easilly, but noooo...Shinichi HAD to kick that globe at him, even though it could have severly injured him.

Nah I mean like more physica.  Like Ran and Kazunah has karate. Heiji kendo I think. Even mouri kogoro knows some stuff. But shinichi...kicks stuff...not really badass

I think Kazuha knows Judo like Kogoro. (I was in a Judo course in elementary school...waste of 4 years. If I never had a brain surgery, I might have stayed in it though. But I think there are very few cases in which you'd try to use judo instead of simply kicking someone  8))

Anyway, I just found out the major reason why Detective Co- I mean Case Closed wasn't popular in the USA (besides the obvious reasons). It has soccer in it, and everyone knows that americans don't watch soccer  ;D

That wouldn't be so bad if they would concentrate on Chess or Go instead - or even Skat, if necessary. But instead they are concentrating on an even more mind-less sport. A completely hopeless country.

Kazuha's martial art is Aikido.

We don't really know that Shin'ichi doesn't know any martial arts. I doubt the flying kick he tried on the culprit in his first case as Conan was something he abstracted from soccer play. It's could just be that, as Conan, he's to weak to show off anything besides his kick-stuff or tranquilizer dart skills. I'd actually be surprised if he didn't emulate Holmes more closely or thought that learning soccer was enough for self-defense.

IF D.C was your everyday shounen manga, then at this point of more than 700 chapters... Shinichi (Conan) would've learned how to control his Hollow Mask, getting Gear 3rd, or becoming Sage's mode...

It's too bad that Megumi Hayashibara (the VA for Haibara Ai) didn't contributes any of her songs for this show.... What a waste of human resource and potential profits...

It is strange. I said once before that Minami(Conan's VA) stated that it must be present in Megumi's contract(Ai's VA) that she cannot even hum while working on DC and I still stick by that.
