What if Vodka discombobulates Eisuke, and Eisuke discombobulates Vodka, and Vodka also does the kill that night? (I don't have an answer for this.)
Well, I suggest a "Early Bird Rule" for this and any similar problems: The player who makes their final PM to the GM earlier will get precedence.
Of course, if a player changes his/her orders, target oder will then the last PM counts.
So if Eisuke (with the Bowtie) and Vodka (killing that night) discombobulate each other then the one who sent their PM first will be able to carry out their second action during the night as well. While the "late bird" will get a "failed" for both of his/her actions.
This also works for KID and Vermouth disguising as police and trying to arrest each other (or house-search each other) during the same phase: Whoever moved first, will make the arrest and save himself/herself from being arrested.
And also the same when the town gets an APTX and tries to poison the BO trying to poison that day.
And it finally solves the "stealing" problem: The fastest thief can get any item, the slowest only one of the remaining ones. And if the target has no item left then the slowest thief will steal nothing...
Sure, in all cases they could also block, arrest or kill each other. But I think giving the faster player the advantage is a good idea.
After all: Usually orders are given at the latest opportunity to react to any changes that happen during a phase. This way giving an order earlier also has advantages and players have to prioritize.
Of course the normal order - arresting > tricking > killing > others - is not affected by this rule.
