As of now, it's just a single OVA episode.  It was given an episode number at the end, though, so if it's popular enough there may be more OVAs.

acctually the raws are up everywhere. just look for them and download them. they should be subbed like every other episode within the week or next. soon

Oh yeah, there are really no good raws... I want to see Kid in HQ and not with a little pixel war all over the video. :/

Youtube doesn't have "good raws".  Raws on youtube are low-resolution, low quality (just look at all that blocky-ness in your signature), and aren't suitable for subbing.
