This is an easy one for me.  Summer Memories is an absolutely gorgeous song, and gets my vote, hands down.

This is a hard one. Even though I chose Summer Memories, Sekai Tomete definitely has a chance against the many of the other ending themes.

I don't really like either one. Sekai Tomete is more nostalgic for me.
